Ms Swati Lalbhai is a Chartered Accountant and is closely associated with the social development activities of Atul Foundation. Ms Lalbhai is a trustee of Atul Vidyalaya Trust and Atul Rural Development Fund. She is also a member of the Management Committee of Eklavya Model Residential School, Pardi and Atul Institute of Vocational Excellence, which imparts education and training to tribal youth, thus empowering them to be a part of the mainstream society. She also serves as a Trustee of Kasturba Gandhi National Memorial Trust, Indore.

Mr Bharat Trivedi is closely associated with the activities of Atul Foundation, with a keen interest in the field of education. Mr Trivedi is a trustee of Atul Foundation, Atul Rural Development Fund and is also a member of the Management Committee of Atul Vidyamandir and Atul Institute of Vocational Excellence. Mr Trivedi holds a postgraduate degree from IIT Mumbai.

Dr Hemendra Pandya has a rich experience of 44 years in the field of Quality Control, Quality Assurance, Quality Systems, and Research and Development of industrial chemical products. Dr Pandya is a trustee of Nootan Kelavani Mandal, Valsad and secretary to the Atul Vidyalaya Trust. He is also a member of School Management Committee of EMRS, Pardi.
